Gobbly.io – Privacy Policy

For the iPhone app · Effective 20 October 2026 · Sultan of Niyyat

Gobbly.io is a casual game for iPhone by Sultan of Niyyat ("we"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you play it. The short version: we do not collect, store or share any personal information.

Information we collect

None. Gobbly.io has no accounts and no login. It contains no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not ask permission to track you. It does not ask for your name, email, contacts, location, photos, camera or microphone.

Information stored on your iPhone

The game saves your progress (your level, coins, boosters, collected cards and settings such as sound and vibration) on your own iPhone so you can carry on where you left off. This information does not leave your device and is not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes it.

In-app purchases

You can buy coins, bundles and other items inside the game. Payments are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store, under Apple's own privacy policy. We never see or store your payment details; the game only receives a confirmation from Apple that a purchase was made, so it can give you the item.

Internet and third parties

Gobbly.io works offline. It only uses the internet to talk to Apple's App Store when you make or restore a purchase. The rankings, contests and races in the game are worked out on your iPhone; nothing about you is sent to us or to other players.

Children

Because the game collects no personal information, it collects none from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, for example because a future version adds a new feature, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date before that version of the game is released.
